You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of LeadsIndia or Rainbow AI.
How to request deletion
Use the official contact channel published on LeadsIndia. State that you are requesting Rainbow AI data deletion and provide enough information to identify the relevant account or record. Do not send passwords, API secrets or payment-card information.
Verification
To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant account, contact method or business asset.
What happens next
After a valid request is verified, we will delete or anonymize information that is no longer required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or record-keeping purposes. Where data is controlled by a connected third-party platform, you may also need to remove or revoke the application through that platform.
Meta permissions
If you connected a Meta account or business asset, you can also revoke the application's access using the controls provided by Meta. Revocation stops future authorized access but may not itself delete records that were previously and lawfully stored by LeadsIndia; use the deletion process above for those records.
