These Terms govern use of LeadsIndia and Rainbow AI. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for activities you are authorized to perform.
Service
Rainbow AI provides AI-assisted business planning, workflow orchestration and integrations that may include advertising, lead-management and communications platforms. Availability and capabilities may change as the service develops.
Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining appropriate access controls. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any advertising account, page, lead data, business asset or third-party service you connect.
Advertising and external platforms
Use of connected services such as Meta remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. A plan, draft, preview or AI recommendation is not proof that an external action was published or completed. Advertising spend or other consequential actions require the applicable authorization and successful platform execution.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, deception, unauthorized access, spam, rights violations, malicious automation, or attempts to bypass security and approval controls.
AI outputs
AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before consequential business decisions. You remain responsible for final decisions, claims, campaigns, communications and compliance obligations.
Third-party services
Third-party platforms are operated independently. LeadsIndia does not control their availability, policies, reviews, outages, account restrictions or API changes.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeadsIndia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, third-party failures or reliance on unverified AI output.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms as features, integrations and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
